Lower Manhattan business owner Caroline Philpott will be recognized for outstanding business performance this week at the Home Instead Senior Care® annual international meeting held in Omaha, Nebraska.

Cinemit Presents - TROLLHUNTER - Liberty Hall at The Ace Hotel - NYC - Sunday, May 22, 2011 at 7 PM

We are extremely proud to announce another Cinemit Presents screening that will be open to ALL of our members in New York City. This time we are partnering up with the super awesome folks at The Ace Hotel and Magnet (a division of Magnolia Pictures) to bring you TROLLHUNTER, a cinema verite thriller that has been getting rave reviews and was screened at the Tribeca Film Festival.

The screening will be taking place this Sunday evening, May 22nd, at 7:00 PM in Liberty Hall at The Ace Hotel.

The Ace Hotel is centrally located at 20 West 29th Street in Manhattan - that’s 29th between Broadway and 5th Avenue. Prior to showing the film there will be delicious snacks and drinks to get your hands on, so please arrive early. The original treats and custom cocktails are delectable! Tell your friends, family, and anyone else about this ever so awesome screening of TROLLHUNTER on Sunday, May 22nd at 7:00 PM at Liberty Hall at The Ace Hotel. We hope to see everyone there!

A Breast Cancer Awareness Project Unlike Any Other 
New York, NY, March 8, 2010—Try to imagine a world in which the only boobs…are man boobs. That’s what three interns at an ad agency in TriBeCa did. This is the message of Man Cans 2011, a unique breast cancer awareness project whose mission is to get 20-something males involved with the breast health of the woman in their life and to encourage her to begin performing a monthly self-exam.
The calendar shows a year’s worth of iconic boob moments in which men of all shapes and sizes are the models and includes funny scenarios such as flashing at Mardi Gras and a whipped cream bikini—all to drive the message: Guys, if you don’t get involved, these man boobs could be the only boobs left.
The team has partnered with existing breast cancer awareness organization Save the ta-tas®( http://www.savethetatas.com/ ), who similarly shares the perspective that humor is an effective way to tackle breast cancer.  All of the proceeds from calendar sales and donations will be donated to Save the ta-tas® to go towards cancer research.
